Arlene Fishman: has over 18 years of 1453233651experience, and still loves her Real Estate Career. Arlene is originally from a Chicago suburb known as Geneva, Illinois where she sold over 1,000 homes and owned her own company. Looking to escape the winters in Illinois, Arlene found happiness when she discovered paradise – Naples. Arlene began by leasing seasonal and annual rentals. She found that rentals are a huge and important market in Naples. We don’t allow sales agents to be rental agents.

He began his real estate career in Minneapolis, MN in 2002, working with Coldwell Banker, and was a top producer for 9 years, selling previously owned homes and working with a luxury home builder. Greg specializes in properties in the Bonita, Naples and Estero areas. Client service and satisfaction are the cornerstones of his business, which has developed into to having a wonderful referral business and relationship with his existing clients.

Jerry Niesman: has been selling real estate in Southwest Florida since 14532336982010. He started his career with Lennar Homes, selling new homes in communities including Hampton Park, The Forum, and Olympia Point in Ft. Myers as well as Gran Paradiso and the Villas at Charleston Park in the Venice/North Port area. Jerry’s favorite part of being a realtor is helping families find their ideal home in paradise. “It’s just so fulfilling to listen to a client and help them find exactly what they want. It’s like making dreams come true, every day.” Jerry lived in Phoenix, AZ for most of his life but traded the dry heat for the beaches in 2010 to raise his family.
