Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Richard spent twelve years in the securities business as an Institutional Equity salesman. Real estate, however, always remained a core passion. As a REALTOR®, he is adept at navigating clients through simple and complex real estate transactions. This includes a complete understanding and first hand knowledge of San Francisco’s condo conversion process from TIC’s to individual condominium units.
