GREENVALE, NY - Another successful holiday toy drive at Laffey Fine Homes and eRealty Title Agency, Greenvale, NY has given us the great opportunity to donate 839 toys to Easter Seals helping disabled and special needs children in the New York Area. We are so proud of our friends and employees on the Laffey Team who helped us to support this wonderful, 81 year-old non profit organization, and all the children and families who benefit. Laffey Fine Homes has been an active contributor for Easter Seals for the past 12 years. Each year, our own Philip Laffey has been the honorary 'Santa' who is delighted to hand out gifts to the boys and girls. We have estimated that in his tenure he has distributed more than 5000 presents to the children. This year, he did not go unnoticed as he was awarded the 2015 Easter Seals Volunteer Leadership Award for the entire state of New York. Philip humbly accepted this award, recognizing that without the efforts of all the selfless volunteers at Easter Seals and Laffey, none of this would be possible. We look forward to next year’s holiday season where we hope to far exceed our present goals.
