ERA Real Estate Debuts Two New Commercials - New Spots are the Latest in the "It's the Little Things We Do" Campaign -

PARSIPPANY, NJ, March 23, 2005 - ERA Real Estate recently debuted two new national commercials that build upon its "Telly" award-winning television advertising campaign. These latest installments continue the whimsical and endearing theme of the popular "It's The Little Things We Do" ERA(r) marketing campaign. The new spots reflect ERA Real Estate being named the recipient of the prestigious 2004 J.D. Power and Associates Award for "Highest Overall Satisfaction for First Time Home Buyers Among National Full Service Real Estate Firms."

The 2005 ERA TV campaign airs during NBC's top-rated early morning network TV show, Today. In addition, the commercials will air on cable news stations such as FOX NEWS, MSNBC, The Weather Channel and CNBC, as well as during entertainment programs on ABC Family, TLC, TNT and HGTV.

"Our ongoing message to our customers is that we fully understand the concerns and needs they have during the home buying and selling process," said P.J. "The new commercials spotlight our impressive technological tools as well as our innovative selling plan designed to help further empower our customers. The first new spot highlights the ERA Sellers Security(r) Plan, the national real estate network's unique guaranteed sale program. In the commercial, an ERA professional explains the plan to a couple - reassuring them and demonstrating how the program can help take away those "dark clouds of worry" that often develop over homebuyers.

In the second new spot, individuals representing ERA coordinate satellite tracking of a specific real estate property from a "Mission Control" location, while an announcer informs viewers that, "People who have seen ERA technology might think we're rocket scientists..." The spot highlights the company's award-winning Web site, as well as its innovative Mobile service, which allows home seekers to access home listings from their cell phone or personal digital assistant.
