1446674366DENVER, CO – Michele Ciardullo, a top producing real estate professional with Kentwood Real Estate DTC, will be among the accomplished guest panelists during the Second Annual Shine Summit on Friday, November 6, 2015 at the PACE Center in Parker.1446674274

The Shine Summit 2015 is about celebrating women and empowering each other so their lights will shine as they move forward in life.  Ciardullo will participate on a panel titled “Women in Business” scheduled for 9:35 to 11:20 in the theater at the PACE center located at 20000 Pikes Peak Avenue, Parker 80138.

The panel of local business women will relay to attendees what it takes to be a successful business woman in today’s world and answer such questions as what education is required, and is it possible to balance work and family.  Panelists will address what challenges women face in the workplace and hear what remarkable women are doing while getting some answers about what life in the business world is like.

“The panel will consist of six successful business women and there will be approximately 100 to 200 young women of high school age in attendance,” said Ciardullo.  “We will be discussing success as a female in the workplace today, the challenges we face, and suggestions on what women can do to be successful in today’s business world.  Our panel will conclude with an open forum for questions.”

Ciardullo’s former real estate team at Kentwood Real Estate was recognized as Kentwood’s number one team for several years and the number two team in 2014 by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.  She knows what it takes to be successful in such a highly competitive business, including effective marketing programs, an expansive network of contacts, outstanding negotiation skills, and integrity.  A Denver native, Ciardullo is very knowledgeable about Denver’s neighborhoods and the housing market in general.  She specializes in Cherry Hills Village, Greenwood Village, and metro Denver’s most popular and historic neighborhoods.  Ciardullo is an active supporter of the Cancer League, Janet’s Camp, and Camp Out for Kids.

The Shine Summit will run from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  Keynote speakers include Ann Shoket, a trailblazing senior media executive who has brought two major publications to number one in the teen category across every platform.  Forbes named Shoket one of the most powerful U.S. fashion magazine editors in the country.  Keynote speaker Cassandra Perkins is an accomplished actress of stage and screen, earning numerous film credits and an Emmy nomination.  Today, at just 17 years old, she hosts her own radio show on 810am KLVZ in Denver.
