This combined operation establishes a single Sotheby’s International Realty presence in the Vail Valley.

Tye Stockton, owner of Ascent SIR, and Scott Webber, president of LIV SIR, have enjoyed a close working relationship for over six years. “I have tremendous respect for Tye and his team of brokers. The two real estate experts believe that brokers, clients, and the overall real estate market in Vail will be better served by combining their teams.

The two respected SIR affiliates are no strangers to collaboration. In 2015 LIV Sotheby’s International Realty and Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty worked together to co-list the Taylor estate, at $27.7M, the highest priced residence in greater Denver.
Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty’s downtown Vail Village office on E. Meadow Drive will now operate as LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, in addition to LIV SIR’s offices in Beaver Creek, Edwards and Cordillera.
LIV Sotheby’s International Realty managing broker, Dan L. Fitchett, Jr. will serve as managing broker to the combined operation in the Vail Valley. Fitchett recently announced LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s new and exclusive affiliation with The Club at Cordillera.
