DENVER, CO - Members of the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate network convened in Seattle, WA, at the 20th Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference, Sunday, October 4th to Wednesday, October 7th to honor the best of the best in the luxury real estate industry. LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, the exclusive Board of Regent for Luxury Real Estate in Metro Denver, Boulder, Breckenridge and the Vail Valley, Colorado, garnered top honors at the conference, earning Best Digital Marketing Strategy, in addition to one of its brokers, Malia Cox Nobrega, earning the Outstanding Rookie award.
Luxury real estate members from across the globe came together, networking with fellow luxury brokers, and sharing industry knowledge. Attendees participated in expert panel discussions on a variety of topics including brand identity, the intersection of philanthropy and business, and creating a continuously evolving company culture in the modern age. Additional targeted discussions led by Luxury Real Estate partners highlighted the crucial importance of investing in internet marketing, emerging marketing technology trends, and a behind-the-scenes look at what the future holds for luxury agents.
Kristen Muller, director of marketing at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, was invited to speak on a panel in regards to achieving consistency within brand identity and defining points of difference within the luxury market.

In her first 12 months as a full-time luxury real estate broker, Nobrega closed over $30 million dollars, and is ranked 11th out of approximately 640 Realtors in Vail, CO. She is a consistent top producer, with an average transaction price of $2.8 million.
