MIAMI BEACH, FL - Brown Harris Stevens | Zilbert has recently set the record for the highest price ever paid for a single family home in the Miami area with the $60 million sale of a duplex penthouse at the Faena House. The eight-bedroom home, which features a 70-foot long rooftop pool, was sold by Jeff Miller for $4,794 per square foot.

This sale surpassed Miami’s previous record of price paid for a single-family home with a $47 million sale in 2012. It also sets the record for condominium sales, trumping the $27.5 million sale of a Continuum unit and the $34 million sale of a combined penthouse at the Miami Beach Edition.
