Reginald Fairchild Joins Brown Harris Stevens

1445278063NEW YORK, NY Brown Harris Stevens | Zilbert is pleased to announce that Reginald C. Fairchild, a successful industry veteran, has joined the firm as a licensed real estate agent. Launched in June 2015, the newly formed company has recently set the record for the highest price ever paid for a single family home in the Miami area with the $60 million sale of a duplex penthouse at the Faena House. The company will soon open its second Miami office in the Continuum and welcome Fairchild as one of their local power brokers.

Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens | Zilbert, Fairchild held the position of Executive Vice President of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. He served as managing director of the brokerage's eight offices located throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties, and was responsible for spearheading the firm’s growth and development in North Miami and Fort Lauderdale.  Under Fairchild’s leadership, in 2013, the firm's sales volume more than doubled and achieved a record $1.6 billion in sales. His team achieved the number one spot in average agent production, average sales price and market share of sales between $1 million and $10 million. 

Previous to his role at ONE Sotheby's International Realty, Reginald was the Vice President and Brokerage Manager of Sotheby's International Realty's Palm Beach brokerage.  During his tenure, the Palm Beach brokerage more than tripled its sales volume year-over-year and had a market share 80 percent greater than its nearest competitor. Additionally, the brokerage had the highest average sales price and highest average agent production of all Palm Beach's real estate firms, and held the highest market share of sales between $5 million and $25 million.

Reginald began his real estate sales career in New York City as a Sales Agent. Throughout his tenure as a Senior Vice President, Broker Associate with Sotheby’s International Realty, Reginald consistently ranked in the top one-percentile of sales agents nationwide.

Fairchild graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The American College in Switzerland. He was the recipient of the college's prestigious President's Award.
