LIV Sotheby’s International Realty Hosts Referral Meeting of Colorado, Utah and Texas

1444678715DENVER, CO - On September 23, 2015, a Sotheby’s International Realty Referral Meeting of Colorado and Texas took place, at the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty Denver Tech Center office, bringing together leadership from a variety of network affiliates to discuss referral opportunities within the Sotheby’s International Realty network in Colorado and Texas.

“The Referral Meeting of Colorado, Texas and Utah brought numerous affiliates of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand together in an unprecedented way,” said LIV Sotheby’s International Realty Relocation VP, Kim Taylor. “To participate in a forum including some of the SIR network’s most respected leaders is truly exciting, as are the many referral opportunities within the network.”

Jay Lanigan, Director of Global Referrals, Sotheby's International Realty, hosted the meeting, with a goal to introduce individuals responsible for SIR referrals to one another and to continue developing those networks.

“We each spoke about our particular markets and shared ideas for improving performance and conversions for referrals, both those that we receive, and place, to other SIR companies,” said Taylor

Other discussion topics included enhanced servicing of SIR clients at a top level performance and maintaining communication between referring and receiving brokers. Upcoming enhancements to the SIR Referral Network data system were discussed, as well as the success of SIR business generated between offices on a global platform.

Also in attendance from the LIV Sotheby’s International Realty leadership team in Colorado, were president, Scott Webber, who provided opening remarks, David Carner, managing broker, Boulder, Bob McCarroll, managing broker, Evergreen, and Dan Fitchett Jr., managing broker, Vail Valley.

SIR participating affiliates included, Aspen Snowmass SIR, Benson SIR, Legacy Properties West SIR, Ascent SIR, Steamboat SIR, Briggs Freeman SIR, Kuper SIR, Martha Turner SIR, Summit SIR, Telluride SIR, and Mountain Region SIR Affiliates.
