Bloodwell is a longtime New England area resident who currently resides in Charlestown. A Harvard University graduate who is passionate about her community, Bloodwell sits on the boards of the Charlestown Boys and Girls Club and City Square Park, and she is also active in the Charlestown Youth Soccer Program. When she is not working, Bloodwell can be found spending time with family and friends and enjoying all that Boston and the surrounding communities have to offer.
Bloodwell is a full-time real estate broker with over twelve years of market experience in and around Greater Boston. Averaging sixty transactions a year, she focuses her efforts on sales and leasing supervision on select rental inventory. Bloodwell’s experiences as the exclusive listing agent for a 312-acre property on Martha’s Vineyard has informed her professional approach to sales in Boston while serving as a bridge to new connections that benefit her clients.
