Martha Toti Joins Hammond Residential Real Estate Charlestown Office

CHARLESTOWN, MA - Nora Moran, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate in Charlestown, is pleased to announce that Martha Toti has joined Hammond’s Boston team and will be based out of Hammond’s Charlestown office location at 105 Main Street in the historic Warren Tavern building.
Toti is a longtime Boston area resident, having resided in Beacon Hill, the South End, and now Charlestown, where she and her family have settled. She is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Business at UMass Amherst, where she earned a degree in finance and economics. Active in her community, Toti is a member of the Charlestown Mothers Association, and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends and vacationing on Nantucket, at Sugarbush, Vermont and in Vail, Colorado, where she and her husband own a vacation residence.
Prior to her real estate career, Toti helped to open a branch for Morgan Stanley in Copley Square, where she honed her business, project management and communication skills. Her interest in real estate and the Boston area market led her to pursue a career in the real estate industry, and for the past eight years she has developed a reliable network of professionals that include attorneys, mortgage brokers, contractors and inspectors.
As a Hammond agent, Toti prides herself on her detail-oriented and communicative approach to all transactions, where she advises clients both before and after the closing process. In 2013 and 2014, she closed on more than $47 million in sales, distinguishing herself as one of the Boston area’s top-producing agents. She enjoys assisting clients during all phases of a real estate transaction, and her passion extends to first-time home buyers whom she helps to better understand and navigate the real estate market.
