Richards is a Boston native and twenty-year resident of Parris Landing in Charlestown. A Boston 
College graduate who is thoroughly engaged in the local community, she has volunteered at the B.C. High School Corcoran Library Committee. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing with friends and family, in addition to enjoying all of the wonderful activities that Boston and the surrounding communities have to offer.
Richards has an extensive real estate and marketing background. She has worked for the Corcoran Management Company as the overseer of leasing and property management activities for several multi-unit luxury apartment complexes around Boston, and she also worked as a leading sales executive for The Boston Globe’s Healthcare recruitment advertising business.
