1442424402COLD SPRING HARBOR, NY - Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (DGSIR), one of the nation’s leading realtors, is proud to announce that a top producing real estate sales team has joined its Queens office at 35-16B Francis Lewis Blvd, Flushing.  Seven agents formerly of Bryce Rea Associates, one of the oldest agencies in Little Neck/Douglaston, are now part of the Daniel Gale Sotheby’s family. Daniel Gale Sotheby’s President and CEO Patricia Petersen made the announcement.

Joining Daniel Gale Sotheby’s from Bryce Rea Associates are associate brokers Carolyn Meenan, Nina Kowalsky, Pattie Rifino, Jeanette Casalaspro and Linda Akers.  They are joined by salespersons Sandy Hart and Loretta Fasanella.  Each agent has more than 20 years of real estate experience in the Queens market, mainly focused in the Little Neck/Douglaston area.   All are residents  of the area and between them have many years of involvement in community organizations such as Little Neck/Douglaston Lions Club, Divine Wisdom Academy, Douglas Manor Association and Douglaston Women’s Club, to name a few.

Since Daniel Gale Sotheby’s officially opened the Flushing office, its first in Queens, just over a year ago, its growth has been significant.  The number of experienced agents has grown from 30 to nearly 50, and revenue growth has followed suit.   As befits this diverse borough, the office’s agents represent many cultures and collectively speak languages that include Arabic, Greek, Italian, Mandarin, Croatian, Taiwanese,  Korean, Farsi, Hindi, Indian, Punjabi, Spanish, German, Russian, Georgian and Fujianese.
