Based on condominiums and single-family homes sold, Zephyr leads the pack with 11.6 percent, well ahead of Coldwell Banker, Pacific Union, Vanguard, Paragon, Sotheby’s, Climb, McGuire, Hill & Company and Alain Pinel.
With over 300 full-time agents, San Francisco’s largest independent real estate firm continues to raise the bar for growth and achievement. Earlier this year, Zephyr expanded into Marin County, and their formula for success is proving itself there as well, with tremendous market share gains in just the first few months since opening.
