Hammond Residential Real Estate Agents Participate in Top Area Sales

According to Multiple Listing Service Property Information Network (MLSPIN) data, Hammond agents brokered the highest-priced single-family transactions to date in Concord, Winchester, and Melrose, some of the most desirable and well-located communities that ring the City of Boston. A Hammond agent also brokered the highest-priced condominium sale in Boston’s Charlestown neighborhood.

Melinda Mitchell Shumway represented her seller client in connection with the $3,900,000 sale of 1235-5 Monument Street in Concord, an exquisite 10,551 square foot French Country-style residence situated on over six acres. The property, which was constructed by Kistler-Knapp in 1998, was designed for entertaining and features an expansive living room and family room along with a luxurious master wing. Charlotte Richardson and Kristina Lamarre brokered the two highest-priced single-family transactions in Winchester with the $3,000,000 sale of 46 Lawson Road and the $2,600,000 sale of 42 Lawson Road.
