HULL, MA - Jeff Forsythe, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Hull and Hingham offices, recently announced that Joe DiVito Jr. has affiliated with Hammond. In his new role, Joe looks forward to collaborating with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Hull location at 536 Nantasket Avenue.
Joe was born and raised in the seaside community of Hull, where he has resided for most of his adult life. A Bentley College graduate, Joe is an active community member who volunteers his 
time by serving as the Treasurer of the Hull Scholarship Fund, which grants annual scholarships to four of the top-ranked male and female senior class members at Hull High School. When he is not working, Joe enjoys spending time with his two daughters, in addition to kayaking and cycling.
Prior to his full time real estate career, Joe worked as an appraiser and assessor for the Towns of Cohasset, Hull, and Watertown, where he also assumed additional roles. During this time, he also worked part-time as a contractor, appraiser, and real estate salesperson. Upon leaving his career in local government, Joe concentrated on construction and real estate sales.
As a Hammond agent, Joe draws upon his appraisal, construction, and real estate experience to best serve his clients. He has earned a reputation as a competent, personable, and ethical professional within the real estate industry, and he is eager to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.
