1440016036In an effort to promote the incredible lifestyle experience of living in Cherry Creek, LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) announced the 2015 Denver Designer Show House (DDSH): a Cherry Creek Experience, which will take place September 25 – 27 and October 2 - 4, 2015. This multi-weekend event will share the latest in interior design with the community by welcoming the public to tour two distinct properties in Cherry Creek that have been transformed by Denver’s top interior designers.

A twist on traditional DDSH offerings, this year’s home tour will feature a color palette theme to test designer’s skills working within varying color mediums. One will be designed with a neutral palate, and the other with color.

Local Cherry Creek North businesses, including boutiques and restaurants, will participate in the event, offering a taste of Cherry Creek living with DDSH participants.

“The Denver Designer Show House is in perfect alignment with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s mission of promoting exceptional properties, the Colorado lifestyle and giving back to our community,” said LIV SIR broker and event organizer, Trish Bragg. “It will be fun to see how these amazing designers interpret the color palettes on either side of the townhomes.”

The event benefits Children’s Hospital Colorado, a nonprofit hospital for children located on the Anschutz Medical Campus near the interchange of I-225 and Colfax Avenue in Aurora. Over $200,000 was raised by Denver Designer Show House in past years for the hospital and DDSH hopes to match those numbers in 2015.

This year’s homes feature two identical Cook Street townhomes. The Cook Street townhomes start out free from existing furniture and décor, and then receive a full refresh by Denver’s top interior designers.

This year’s designers include Post 31 Interiors, D+D Interiors, Knape & Zibell, Waterworks, Andrea Schumacher Interiors, Duet Design Group, Quincy House Design, JB Noble Interiors, Ltd., Casey St. John Interiors, Carolyn Morris, Megan Kane Interiors, The Brass Bed, Regan Mattingly of Chalet, Mitchell Gold, Katie Schroder from Atelier Interior Design, and Hoff Miller Ltd.

“We, along with LIV Sotheby's International Realty, strive to make the home of our clients’ dreams a reality,” said Kelly Zibell of Knape & Zibell interior design. “Being both mothers and interior designers we are honored to use our time & talents to raise money & awareness for Children's Hospital Colorado.”

The event kicks off with a VIP cocktail party Thursday, September 24, 2015. For more details on the home tour, preview party, and other unique offerings, visit www.denvershowhouse.com.
