ATLANTA – (Sept. 11, 2007) – Jenny Pruitt & Associates announced that it promoted Jenni Bonura to the role of associate broker for its Buckhead office. Formerly vice president of career development for the firm, Jenni brings her talents of training and coaching to assist Rob Owen, senior vice president and managing broker, and an outstanding team of sales associates.
As associate broker, Jenni will partner with Owen in overseeing daily operations, as well as taking an active role in every aspect of the business – establishing marketing initiatives, advising sales associates and recruiting.
In 2002, Jenni joined the Jenny Pruitt & Associates Sandy Springs office as a new agent and embraced the excitement and activity that a career in real estate affords. Within her first year, Jenni achieved Million Dollar Club status. Her professionalism, positive attitude and genuine care for people enabled Jenni to stand out as an agent.
It soon became obvious that Jenni’s many talents and experience could be better-served, and in 2004 she was named advertising coordinator for the company’s corporate marketing department. One year later, Jenni was promoted to marketing manager. In this role, Jenni worked to grow the Jenny Pruitt & Associates brand and presence in the marketplace.
In 2006, Jenni was again promoted to her most-recent position in the career-development division where she focused on agent training and coaching. She led the career-development team, and as a group they developed new training classes, educational experiences and resources to benefit associates intellectually and professionally. Additionally, Jenni has spearheaded the company’s recruitment efforts, attracting Atlanta’s top talent to Jenny Pruitt & Associates.
Before joining Jenny Pruitt & Associates, Jenni worked as a project manager for Accenture. Clients provided such rave reviews about Jenni that in her first two years she was requested by name to lead two of the largest implementation projects on behalf of the BellSouth Corporation client.
