The conference will provide an opportunity to celebrate the success of previous Lifetime Achievement Award recipients and to induct John Brian Losh into this esteemed group.

The Lifetime Achievement Award honors pillars in the real estate community across the globe for their valuable contributions and engagement in the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate network as well as their influence on the real estate world as a whole. The prestigious award is given twice annually and is based on peer recognition, hard work, and excellence throughout one’s career. As the attendees convene at the Fall Conference this year, it will be a time to celebrate the past Lifetime Achievement Award winners, all of whom have made an outstanding impact and continue to set an example for the real estate industry.

It is fitting to present this year’s award to John Brian Losh in his hometown of Seattle. The success of Brian is attributed to a combination of many things, including his extensive experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, an innate business sense, a natural curiosity and joie de vivre. Brian has spent more than 40 years as Chairman and Designated Broker of Ewing and Clark, Inc., Seattle's oldest brokerage firm, later founding Ewing and Clark's Our Distinctive Home Shop, which specializes in luxury properties. The Home Shop consistently claims the highest average sale price in the Seattle area and has represented many of Seattle’s most high-profile residents in discreet transactions. Brian also founded the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate network in 1986, the international network of some of the worlds’ finest brokers.
