REALTOR® Jeffrey Straw has joined Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate
at the company’s headquarters in the Presidio. He brings a decade of luxury residential and commercial real estate experience to the Bay Area brokerage. Straw was previously with Coldwell Banker representing buyers in pre-sale purchases of high-end condos, co-ops and residences.

In his early career, Straw was a leasing agent with White/Grubb & Ellis in New York City, representing tenants in commercial real estate, interfacing with developers and building owners. When he moved west in 1998, he worked as a sales associate with McGuire Real Estate for four years, then Coldwell Banker for five years before making the move to Pacific Union. His expertise in target-marketing and research, strategic planning and business development are value-added assets he offers to clients.

From Manchester, N.H., he comes from a long line of super-successful entrepreneurs and is proud of his link to the past. Straw’s great-grandfather Hugh Foresman was a co-founder of Scott Foresman Publishing Co., in Chicago, publishers of the Basic Reader Series Dick and Jane. His great-great-great-grandfather Ezekiel Albert Straw was the governor of New Hampshire.
Straw holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of New Hampshire, and speaks fluent French.
