BOSTON, MA - Melissa Dunn, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Back Bay/Beacon Hill office, is pleased to announce that Cheryl Bliss Waxman has joined Hammond’s Boston team and will be based out of Hammond’s Back Bay/Beacon Hill office located at 66 Beacon Street.
A longtime Boston resident who currently resides in Charlestown, Bliss Waxman is a dedicated community member who has served on the Charlestown Mothers board and is an active fundraiser for the Harvests on the Vine food pantry.
Prior to affiliating with Hammond, Bliss Waxman enjoyed a successful and rewarding real estate career in the marketing and selling of commercial properties in Boston’s Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, and Charlestown neighborhoods, as well as throughout the City of Cambridge. 
Additionally, she served as the Vice President of Marketing and Sales for the Marketing Group of New England, a Boston-based provider of project-dedicated sales, whose portfolio includes FP3, Broadluxe, Greenway Place, Longwood Towers, and 45 Province.
As a Hammond agent, Bliss Waxman looks forward to collaborating with buyer and seller clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. She draws upon her previous experience in marketing, project management, and sales to help navigate her clients through a real estate transaction, and her deep knowledge of current market conditions throughout Boston and the surrounding areas is an asset to all who work with her.
