Tanya Dzhibrailova joined the panel “Super Sonic Agents – Why They Succeed.” She, along with three other powerful Realtors, discussed and shared their success stories, and the journey that got them to the top of their game. Dzhibrailova has been a consistent Top Producer with Zephyr for several years. More than 90 percent of her business is from repeats and referrals. Fluent in both Russian and English, she has received many designations and certifications including Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), as well as National Association of REALTOR’S, e-PRO and GREEN certifications. She works from Zephyr’s West Portal office.
Matthew Borland, Managing Broker, Partner and Chief Innovation Officer for Zephyr, joined three of his peers on a panel discussion entitled “Follow the Winners – Brokers Who Get It” for a lively discussion about recruiting practices, motivation, training and technology. Borland joined Zephyr over 10 years ago and has been instrumental in leading the company in consistent growth, increased market share, and an impressive arsenal of collateral resources for Zephyr’s 300+ agents. He has brought many innovative business processes to fruition and has been instrumental in the company’s luxury market increase from 13 percent to over 38 percent of the company’s volume. He has developed a culture and environment of teamwork and has a proven track record of keeping up with and anticipating the rapid rate of change and innovation in the industry.
