Silverleaf Hits Its Stride in 2015 Sales – $100+ Million in First Six Months

1438886477SCOTTSDALE, AZ – The continued strength in the luxury market in metro Phoenix is demonstrated by the strong sales activities in DMB’s exclusive residential enclave, Silverleaf.  In the first six months of the year, Silverleaf Realty has seen more than $108 million in sales of homes and homesites. 

Elevated pricing in a recovering market brought in more buyers who opted to build a custom home in the community.  Some custom lots in Silverleaf have design and covenant approvals completed, allowing buyers to streamline the building process and still add personal design touches throughout their new homes.

Here are some of the highlights from the first half of 2015:

  • 17 homes closed in Silverleaf in the first half of 2015 and 25 homesites have been sold.
  • Silverleaf Realty closed a home for $7.2 million, the highest priced home sold in Silverleaf and in Scottsdale this year.
  • Silverleaf’s average sold price per square foot continues to exceed other luxury and private communities around the Valley.
  • Silverleaf Realty’s sales command a higher price per square foot than other agents - $527 vs. $425 in Silverleaf.
  • All 7 homes over $2.5 Million and all 10 homesites over $1.2 Million were closed by Silverleaf Realty in 2015.
