The New and Emerging Agent Training series, which falls under the umbrella of the Chase Academy, covers every aspect of how to be successful in real estate from the latest technology and marketing strategies, to starting conversations with potential clients, negotiation skills, loan and contract training, developing confidence and image, to learning how compassionate human relationships play a big part in success.
Lawrence notes that unlike other basic new agent training, this in-depth course is constantly evolving so as to keep agents proficient in all the latest trends and information.
