BARCELONA, SPAIN - On Thursday 4 June 2015, Amat Luxury won the Mercedes Sala Human Factor VII Prix "for its innovative spirit and ethical commitment to customers." The awards ceremony took place in the Auditorium of the CaixaForum Barcelona and attended by nearly 350 people from the economic and social Catalan.
"It is a company with only 66 people which has been able to survive in a sector severely affected by the crisis. It is deserving of the award values, style and culture they have created. They do things right, capitalized," said the jury in a statement. The seventh edition of this gala been linked to the prospect of humor, optimism and resilience in the workplace and has enjoyed performances by actor and journalist Sergi Mas, Mimic and Lucas Manuel Thubten Wangchen, director of the House Tibet in Barcelona. According to the Foundation, "looking at every situation positively and relativize can dramatize a situation, the necessary elements that help companies to leave behind some inbreeding look and know other worlds and realities." The Human Factor Foundation, promoted by Mercy Hall in 1997, is an organization that aims to "contribute to the improvement of the management of people in organizations" and is the observatory of reference in the field of human resources in Catalonia.
