Alicia graduated from The Kinkaid School and earned a BA in speech communications from the University of Texas at Austin. As a college student, she interned for United States Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison in Washington, D.C., and worked at the Texas State Capital in Austin for Congressman Tom Craddick, Ways and Means Chairman and ultimately Speaker of the House.

After graduation from college, Alicia drew on her event-planning experience in Washington and Austin to work for The Bauer House, the official residence of the Chancellor of The University of Texas. She discovered her love and talent for residential real estate sales when she switched career tracks to work for her father-in law at Mary Nell Garrison Realtors in Austin.

Alicia is married and the mother of two teenage sons who attend The Kinkaid School. She is an active parent volunteer at school events and projects and is a past alumni board member. Alicia is also a past member of The Children’s Fund Houston where she also served as a board member. Henry attended Loyola University in New Orleans and NROTC at Tulane University. He entered a career as an officer in the United States Navy where he served on four different ships with assignments in Norfolk, VA, Patuxent River, MD, Newport, RI, Charleston, SC, and Naples, Italy. Completing his career in the Navy, Henry and his family made their new home Houston to start a career in the corporate world. They lived in Houston for seven years and relocated as he advanced in the service industry.
