SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Michael Barnacle is the new Sales Manager at the Pacific Heights office of Zephyr Real Estate. Barnacle assumed his new position on July 1, and has already demonstrated his enthusiasm and predilection for his new responsibilities.
Barnacle, who has been with Zephyr since 2013, brings a wealth of experience and energy to the role. He is from Boston, where he managed a national brokerage office, and has been in the business since 1989. His reputation and connections across the country have continued with his success in San Francisco. His background also includes sales, marketing and customer service in the financial industry both nationally and internationally.
Barnacle brings a three-fold goal to his new position: 1) to empower agents to succeed; 2) to expand the office team with superior, motivated agents; 3) and to lead by example in community participation and involvement.
He has served on various REALTOR association boards and committees, and has trained and mentored agents at all experience levels from the creation of their business plans through the fulfillment of their goals.
His passion for the business has created an impressive roster of satisfied clients where his goal was to provide a positive experience for every transaction and earn a recommendation as well. Based on his highly successful career as an agent, he clearly understands what it takes to be successful.
