Rita Geoppner is a licensed broker and recent graduate of Lake Norman Realty’s advanced post-
licensing training. Prior to relocating to the lake area, she lived in New York where she was a successful entrepreneur of a chocolate shop and café for thirteen years, as well as a recipient of the Small Business of the Year award. Geoppner has two grown children, Alex and Jason. Geoppner spends her spare time as a volunteer at Serenity House, a local end-of-life care facility. She has served as a board member at Youth for Christ and the Wellsville Area Chamber of Commerce where she was also elected as President. Barbara Hawk has been licensed since 1996. Hawk attended Mingle Real Estate Institute and is a graduate of Lake Norman Realty’s post-licensing training. Hawk has lived in the Lake Norman area for thirteen years with her husband, Russ and daughter Sarah. Hawk spends her free time as a fundraising coordinator for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
