Specializing in luxury residential real estate, Lake began her career with Coldwell Banker Devonshire, in Cherry Creek, where she received the highest level of designation at the firm. Her seventeen years of real estate experience have helped hone her skills as an expert negotiator and increased her knowledge of changing real estate market trends. Lake represents buyers and sellers in a variety of areas including metro Denver, Downtown, Cherry Creek, Cherry Hills, and Greenwood Village.

Lake’s career highlights are vast, and include a $65 million land purchase contract, in addition to a $100 million development project at One Lincoln Park, located in the heart of downtown Denver. At One Lincoln Park, Lake achieved over $20 million in sales her first year, more than the accumulative sales of several other team members, earning her the position of manager of sales and marketing. Lake also performed over twenty live television segments on Channel 9 News’ Colorado and Company for One Lincoln Park. She continues to transact between $10 and $20 million annually and is recognized as a top producing broker in metro Denver.
