LIV Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Robin Lake to Downtown Location

Posted by Brittanny Havard — June 29, 2015

1435606252DENVER, CO - LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) is pleased to announce the addition of seventeen-year real estate veteran, Robin Lake, to its quality downtown brokerage team.

“Robin’s luxury and development background enable her to provide the best possible expertise available for downtown residential properties and developments,” said Steve Blank, managing broker of LIV SIR’s downtown office location.  “Her experience with high-rise developments, land acquisition, and individual luxury sales increases our overall effectiveness and presence downtown.”

Specializing in luxury residential real estate, Lake began her career with Coldwell Banker Devonshire, in Cherry Creek, where she received the highest level of designation at the firm. Her seventeen years of real estate experience have helped hone her skills as an expert negotiator and increased her knowledge of changing real estate market trends. Lake represents buyers and sellers in a variety of areas including metro Denver, Downtown, Cherry Creek, Cherry Hills, and Greenwood Village.1435606227

“I take a conservative approach in regards to investing and home buying, and with every transaction, a new level of experience and knowledge is required to ensure my clients’ satisfaction,” said Lake. “The joy of a client falling in love with a home and knowing I assisted them and protected their investment along the way is an accomplishment like no other.”

Lake’s career highlights are vast, and include a $65 million land purchase contract, in addition to a $100 million development project at One Lincoln Park, located in the heart of downtown Denver. At One Lincoln Park, Lake achieved over $20 million in sales her first year, more than the accumulative sales of several other team members, earning her the position of manager of sales and marketing. Lake also performed over twenty live television segments on Channel 9 News’ Colorado and Company for One Lincoln Park. She continues to transact between $10 and $20 million annually and is recognized as a top producing broker in metro Denver.

Dedicated to creating a seamless customer-agent experience, Lake looks forward to being able to provide a greater scope of service than ever before with her new alignment with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty.

“I always knew I would return to an international luxury real estate company upon fulfilling my obligation to the developers I was representing,” said Lake. “I met with a small handful of companies and there was no comparison to the local, national, and international branding and exposure LlV Sotheby's International Realty provides. I am honored to be a part of such a recognized and respected firm.”
