BEVERLY HILLS, CA - Award winning country singer and television star Reba McEntire has sold her nearly two-acre estate in the world-renowned North Beverly Park gated enclave for $22.250 million in an off-market transaction brokered by Brian Adler of John Aaroe Group. It is the highest price per square foot ever paid in exclusive Beverly Park.
It is Adler’s 114th sale in Beverly Park. Adler began selling his multi-acre North Beverly Park lots in the early ‘90’s and sold all 80 of the original home sites that quickly became highly sought after by celebrities and captains of industry who prize security and privacy.
McEntire’s approx. 12,000 square foot home has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, with a swimming pool, tennis court and an approx. 2,000 sq. ft. lavish entertaining pavilion. The home has resort-style grounds with expansive southern views and is adjacent to the enclave’s four-acre park. Adler represented the previous seller as well as McEntire in the purchase of her home 11 years ago.
Adler and John Aaroe, founder of John Aaroe Group headquartered in Beverly Hills, are longtime associates. Adler, who joined the firm six months ago, is well known for his extensive network of leaders in business, entertainment, media and real estate.
