Beginning her real estate career in San Francisco, CA, Sollenberger relocated to Denver in 2011 after a successful tenure with The Mark Company, a nationally recognized Real Estate firm. She became an integral member of the Spire building sales team, one of the most sought after, and fastest selling residential high-rises in Denver.
Her experience at a variety of notable national developers including Intracorp, Lennar Urban, Starwood Capital, and The Nichols Partnership, locally, lent to her valuable insight into market research and to develop a proven background in market strategy and sales execution.
With over a decade dedicated to urban and high density sales, Sollenberger focuses her business in the central Denver market. She has brokered hundreds of loft, condo and single-family transactions and strives to provide the highest level of service and market expertise to each of her clients.
