Papsin’s real estate career began in 2003 as an intern for the Houlihan Lawrence brokerage, in Westchester County, New York. Earning his real estate license from the New York Real Estate Institute, Papsin joined a boutique real estate brokerage in Manhattan where he gained a keen understanding of the residential rental market by being mentored by one of the industry’s top rental producers. His mentorship is proven today with brokering a recent $6,000 per month lease, positioning him as a leading residential leasing specialist in addition to residential real estate expert.
“I adapted a personal business model that revolves around my clients, as opposed to a focus on corporate growth,” said Papsin. “My number one goal is to ensure my clients are educated on the market and thrilled with the results I produce.”
In 2008, Papsin led a team of agents to lease a newly developed 170-unit luxury rental property along the Hudson River Waterfront in Yonkers, NY. His team leased 95% of the property within six months of receiving its certificate of occupancy- a significant achievement for a community undergoing revitalization.
Before relocating to Denver in 2011, Papsin worked in the investment banking and hedge fund industry, honing his skills as an experienced negotiator and transaction expert.
Earning his Denver broker’s license from the Armbrust Real Estate Institute in Denver, Papsin has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in numerous residential and resale transactions, and is an active member of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®, Colorado Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS® .
