ATLANTA, GA — The second residential property sale of the year with a value of $5 million or more closed last week. Once again, Glennis Beacham of Beacham & Company, REALTORS® represented the seller.
The property sold is a developed residential lot at 3668 Tuxedo Road in the Tuxedo Park neighborhood of Buckhead that was listed at $5,150,000. The approximately 3.9 acre lot is a gently rolling, flat building site with 350 feet of frontage on Tuxedo Road. The lot is already cleared for home construction.
Tuxedo Park is perhaps Buckhead’s most tony neighborhood with an average home sales price of more than $2 million. The area was originally developed by Charles H. Black Sr.’s Tuxedo Park and Valley Road companies after Black bought 300 acres off West Paces Ferry Road for $75,000 in 1911. Since 2014, Beacham & Company has been involved in more Tuxedo Park sales than any other Atlanta real estate firm.
