Kevin Hyde of Gasparilla Properties, was named one of the top 50 “Realtors on the Rise” by Real Estate magazine and will be featured in the August edition. This national recognition is given to those Realtors who have exhibited "impressive sales figures, innovative marketing strategies and community involvement.”
Carol Stewart, broker/owner at Gasparilla Properties nominated Kevin Hyde after reading about the program in Real Estate magazine. Stewart said she felt Hyde was a perfect fit for this type of recognition, as Hyde has consistently produced high sales figures. He has also sought to serve his community by being active with the Boca Grande Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Board of Directors of Royal Palm Players and volunteering both time and money to numerous local charities and educational programs.
“I really am quite proud of this recognition; it says a lot and keeps me focused on the task of serving my clients and the local community at a very high level,” Hyde said. As a result of this national recognition, Hyde will be attending the 18th annual Leadership conference this September in New York City. Hyde will be the guest of RIS media, the publisher of Real Estate magazine. In addition to the New York Leadership Conference, Hyde will be attending the annual “Leaders in Luxury” event in Santa Fe in October.
“Leaders in Luxury” is an invitation-only educational and networking event sponsored by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, of which Hyde is a Million Dollar Guild Member. “To be invited to the ‘Leaders in Luxury’ event is a real honor,” Hyde said. “Now with the Leadership conference in New York I will have two opportunities to work with the best and most-accomplished Realtors and brokers in the business. It will be a great opportunity to showcase what Boca Grande and the Barrier Islands has to offer the upper-tier client.”
