LOS ANGELES, CA - Entertainment industry mogul Pharrell has purchased a new home in Los Angeles in which to hang his oversized Vivienne Westwood hat. Pharrell Williams, an 11-time Grammy winning singer-songwriter, rapper, record producer, and fashion designer, bought the 1.55-acre residence for $7.14 million listed by The Agency. The residence was designed by L.A.-based architect Hagy Belzberg, who sold the property in late 2009 for a record-setting $5.9 million, reports Variety.

The newly purchased digs includes two separate pavilions, unconventionally shaped rooms, and an ultra-modern design throughout. With a glass-walled living room that opens up to canyon, sky, and city lights, Pharrell is sure to be host to many upcoming superstar parties. The living room also includes a stainless steel floating fireplace, high ceilings, and has direct access to the swimming pool.
