LOS ANGELES, CA - Entertainment industry mogul Pharrell has purchased a new home in Los Angeles in which to hang his oversized Vivienne Westwood hat. Pharrell Williams, an 11-time Grammy winning singer-songwriter, rapper, record producer, and fashion designer, bought the 1.55-acre residence for $7.14 million listed by The Agency. The residence was designed by L.A.-based architect Hagy Belzberg, who sold the property in late 2009 for a record-setting $5.9 million, reports Variety.

The newly purchased digs includes two separate pavilions, unconventionally shaped rooms, and an ultra-modern design throughout. With a glass-walled living room that opens up to canyon, sky, and city lights, Pharrell is sure to be host to many upcoming superstar parties. The living room also includes a stainless steel floating fireplace, high ceilings, and has direct access to the swimming pool.

The kitchen is just as awe-inspiring, with white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and oversized windows overlooking unobstructed vistas. The adjoining dining area has built-in bookshelves, storage cabinets, and a mounted flatscreen TV. There are also outdoor living and dining areas, as well as an infinity pool with an integrated spa and fabulous city views of Universal Studios and the CityWalk complex. There is an additional terrace that acts as a viewing platform for film projections across the motor court.
