BEVERLY HILLS, CA - The family home of the pop-rock brothers Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas in Toluca Lake as recently sold for $1.8 million, reports The LA Times. The buyer of this beautiful red brick house was represented by Paul Figueiredo of Teles Properties and purchased the home for $1.8 million.
Built in 1938, the turn-key residence, which contains a formal entry, open-plan living areas, and a bar, was occupied by the parents of The Jonas Brothers, who bought it for $1.3 million in 2012. The house is set behind gates and ivy-covered wrought iron fence and interior details include beamed ceilings, French doors, wood floors, and beautiful fireplaces, as well as designer-done family and living rooms. The outside includes a gorgeous gazebo, lawn and mature trees over about a third of an acre.
