Saunders & Associates Unveils New East Hampton Office After Record-Setting Sales in 2014

1432334820EAST HAMPTON, NY - Saunders & Associates, the leading real estate brokerage in the Hamptons, announced today the opening of a state-of-the-art office in East Hampton. The grand opening celebration will occur on Saturday, May 23rd, from 12:00pm - 4:00pm at 26 Montauk Highway.

Developed and designed by Andrew and Colleen Saunders, the decision to open an East Hampton space was inspired by the ever-growing portfolio of Saunders-represented properties.


“Saunders & Associates was launched in 2008 in the midst of the global financial crisis and has risen to become the largest locally-owned brokerage firm in the Hamptons. In 2014 we were involved in 40% of all transactions from Southampton to Montauk and now exclusively represent $1.6 billion of Hamptons real estate. We continue to capture market share, have attracted 168 agents thus far, and have expanded with offices in Southampton Village, Bridgehampton and now in beautiful East Hampton,” said Andrew Saunders, President and Founder of the firm.


The new office will be the company’s third outpost, after Bridgehampton and Southampton Village, and will house 55 agents in 5,200 square feet of luxuriously-detailed, client-focused space. As is the case with each of Saunders’ offices, there will be in-house marketing and administrative teams, which streamlines operations and creates a seamless environment. Agents based in East Hampton will continue to serve the entire Hamptons community – from Southampton to Sag Harbor to Montauk.
