Hammond Residential Reports Highest Priced Sales of 1st Quarter

CHESTNUT HILL, MA – Saul B. Cohen, Founder and President of Hammond Residential Real Estate, has announced the firm’s highest priced first quarter sales.
The highest priced single-family residence sale of the quarter was a property located in Brookline’s estate area at 290 Warren Street, which sold for $4,298,000 and was listed by Eileen Strong O’Boy of Hammond’s Brookline/Newton office. This distinguished 1925 Colonial manor features 5,581 square feet of living space situated on nearly one-and-a-half acres that include lush gardens designed by the Olmstead Brothers.
