1430840637COLD SPRING HARBOR, NY – Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (DGSIR), one of the nation’s leading realtors, was recently honored with several top residential sales awards from the weekly business publication Long Island Business News (LIBN). Each year LIBN recognizes the Island's top commercial and residential brokers, developers and economic development officials. The publication is the premier business news source of Long Island.

A trio of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s agents achieved the top residential sales award in Nassau County, and the organization’s Manhasset office was named Residential Real Estate Office of the Year (Closed Sales Volume) for Nassau County. In addition, the award recognizing Top Residential Development, Nassau County, went to The Ritz-Carlton Residences, North Hills & its developer, RXR Realty. Daniel Gale Sotheby’s is the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the property, and nominated the project for the award.

Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Potee Saluja, Lynn Hehn and Kathleen Collins of the Port Washington office listed the top residential property in Nassau County; Potee Saluja brought the seller as well for this $17 million transaction. Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Manhasset office at 364 Plandome Road was recognized for producing in excess of $300 Million in Closed Sales Volume under the leadership of Manager Deirdre O’Connell.

For the first Ritz-Carlton Residence ever built on Long Island, RXR Realty began construction on the 17-acre site in North Hills in 2014. Phase One (124 residences) came to market in June 2014, and a brand new 4,500 square foot sales center was opened on the site. In addition to amenities in each of the residential buildings under construction, the community will feature a 25,000 square foot clubhouse. Individual residences will range from 1,500 to over 3,600 square feet, with two to four bedroom options. Each residence boasts private balconies or terraces, 10-12 foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens, well-appointed bathrooms and parking.
