Kentwood Real Estate Broker Associates Garner Prestigious Honors During 37th Annual DMAR Excellence Awards Gala

1429819822DENVER, CO – Individual Broker Associates and Teams with Kentwood Real Estate were recognized for their superior sales production in 2014 during the 37th Annual Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) Excellence Awards held Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at the Westin Hotel in Westminster. Formerly known as the Million Dollar Roundtable Awards, the Excellence Awards celebrate and honor those whose ambitions elevate the real estate industry and redefine success. 

More than 70 Broker Associates and over 30 teams with Kentwood Real Estate DTC, Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek, and Kentwood City Properties in downtown Denver, received coveted awards in several categories. Highlights include Rookie of the Year honors for Emily Chaney of Kentwood Real Estate Cherry Creek and Gina Lorenzen of Kentwood Real Estate DTC as DMAR’s number one producer for 2014. Kentwood City Properties garnered top office honors in total volume and sides for offices with between 51-75 brokers, and Kentwood Real Estate DTC captured top honors for volume and sides for offices with between 76-100 brokers. Award winners include:  

Diamond Award for sales of $40 million or more, individual: Gina Lorenzen and Christy Owen.  Teams: Larry Hotz, Elizabeth Hotz, Jason Cummings, and Jesus Orozco; Sandy Weigand and Michele Ciardullo.

Titanium Award for sales of $30-$39.9 million, individual: Chuck Gargotto and Edie Marks.

Platinum Award for sales of $20-$29.9 million, individual: Jim Buckley, Dee Chirafisi, Brendan Moran, Dotson Skaggs, and Deviree Vallejo.
