DENVER, CO – On April 1, 2015, top Realtors from metro Denver and surrounding areas gathered at the 37th Denver Metro REALTORS® Excellence Awards (DMAR) at the Westin in Westminster, CO, to honor the industry’s most elite. LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR), a leader in the sale and purchase of luxury residences throughout Colorado, swept the awards with over 61 brokers and management earning recognition as industry leaders.

LIV SIR broker team Linda and Josh Behr were honored as the number one top producing broker team in metro Denver, followed by LIV SIR’s, The Wolfe Group (Nancy Wolfe, Fred Wolfe, Ian Wolfe and Chris Bouc) at #3, and the LIV SIR broker teams of Maggie Armstrong/Trish Bragg and the Ernstsen /Brennan team in the top 10.

LIV SIR broker, Anne Dresser Kocur, ranked #2 top individual producer in the metro Denver region, followed by LIV SIR broker, Peter Blank at number four, and LIV SIR brokers, Jeff Hendley and Janet Kritzer, in the top 10. LIV SIR broker, Nate Postlethwait, earned Rookie of the Year.

Linda and Josh Bher combined forces over a decade ago to create The Behr Team. Collectively the Team has successfully brokered more than one billion dollars in residential real estate transactions since 2000 and is consistently ranked number one in the State of Colorado and recently ranked in the top 50 in the United States by volume, according to the Wall Street Journal.
No novice to DMAR’s Excellence Awards, Anne Dresser Kocur went from Rookie of the Year in 2002 to the number one Top Producing Individual broker in 2012. Just shy of the number one standing again in 2015, Dresser snagged the number two position for her continued prowess as the industry’s top producer, a title she’s held for multiple years within the esteemed LIV Sotheby’s International Realty brokerage.
Following Kocur’s footsteps is Nate Postlethwait, who joined the LIV SIR brokerage in August. Postlethwait has demonstrated superior community involvement by dedicating a minimum of $500 to one of three Denver-based charities in his clients’ name for every transaction he closes.
“I feel like community involvement is just as important as my job. LIV SIR has incredible strength in its name, and people are encouraged to know that with that force come people who want to make a difference in their community,” said Postlethwait.
For top office awards, LIV SIR managing broker’s Katie Williams and Shannel Ryan each earned the number one spot in sales production for their respective offices, Denver Tech Center and Clayton Street, which has received top recognition for both of the two years it’s been open. LIV SIR managing broker, Steve Blank, earned the number two spot for office production in the downtown LIV SIR office location.
