REHOBOTH BEACH, DE - RE/MAX, the global real estate franchiser, held its annual R4 International Conference recently. Among the 6,000 REALTORS® attending were five agents from The Debbie Reed Team of RE/MAX Realty Group in Rehoboth Beach. They were Debbie Reed, team founder and leader; Ashlee Reed Hidell, Associate Broker and Director of Development and Marketing; Cyndi Marsh, Team Manager and Listing Specialist; Amy Warick, Sales Manager and Buyer Specialist; and Sherri Nowicki, Certified Home Stager and Listing Specialist. While at the conference, participants listened to the vision of co-founders Dave and Gail Liniger, learned best practices from respected coaches and networked with their colleagues from around the globe.
“It was energizing and enlightening to be rubbing shoulders with the best agents in the RE/MAX system, exchanging ideas and viewpoints on what’s working and what’s not,” Reed said.
“We learned that we’re doing a lot of things right,” said Nowicki, the newest Debbie Reed Team member of the delegation. “We picked up a few pointers for ways to improve our practices as well,” she added.
At Wednesday evening’s awards ceremony, it was announced that The Debbie Reed Team ranked 24th in sales in the U.S. and 37th among RE/MAX teams worldwide. The team also retained its place in the Diamond Club.
“We strive every day to do our best for our clients,” commented Ashlee Reed Hidell. "It’s rewarding to see our dedication and hard work pay off in the rankings, but the biggest payoff comes in happy clients.”
The primary motivation for attending the conference was education. In addition to forums for top producing agents to which Reed was invited, her team members attended numerous courses on best practices for working with buyers and sellers, and best business practices. "Both how to work in the business and on the business were discussed in depth,” said Reed. "It was a productive few days.”
