NEW YORK, NY - Stribling & Associates announces that Eric L. Zollingerhas joined the company. Mr. Zollinger is based in Stribling’s Tribeca office at 32 Avenue of the Americas and will also be instrumental in bringing new development business to Stribling Marketing Associates.

Mr. Zollinger is no stranger to the real estate world; he brings more than 15 years of real estate experience to Stribling having begun his career in 1999 as an assistant broker at The Corcoran Group. He then made his way to The Sunshine Group working on various new development projects such as Windsor Park and 110 Central Park South.
In 2006 Mr. Zollinger joined Related Companies, playing an integral role in a multitude of notable new development projects including: One Madison, Superior Ink, Astor Place, and The Caledonia which he calls home. Mr. Zollinger was involved in all aspects of the projects including in depth competitor analysis, presales and marketing, bringing the buildings online, and closing two of Downtown Manhattan's top projects, The Caledonia and Superior Ink, in the most challenging of financial times. StreetEasy ranked Mr. Zollinger #1 Condo Broker for West Chelsea in 2013 for number and volume of closed sales.
In 2010 Mr. Zollinger founded his own boutique real estate company, Zollinger & Associates before returning to Related Companies in 2013. He is a graduate of Millikin University and will begin his first tenure on their Board of Trustees in July of this year.
