After 13 years in the hospitality and ski resort business in Colorado, Breck relocated to Lake Tahoe in 2003 to help open the new Village at Northstar where he took on the role of Director of Operations and Owner Relations Manager for Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging. Once the Village was complete and open, Breck moved over to the real estate side of the business where he enjoyed an 11-year career with Tahoe Mountain Realty. Along with his business partner, Deverie Acuff, Breck joins Sierra Sotheby’s in order to expand his luxury real estate portfolio. Their team approach to selling real estate allows them to fulfill their commitment to providing clients with superior service.
Breck has a keen understanding of the Tahoe/ Truckee area along with a personal appreciation for the year-round mountain lifestyle. He says the Overall family considers themselves, the quintessential Tahoe family, taking full advantage of all the activities that are so easily accessible in and around the area. They enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing in the winter, and boating, biking, hiking, and paddle boarding in the summer. Breck is a competitive open-water swimmer, and his wife Susie, is a former professional mogul skier.
