Sharon Fornaciari-Maher Joins Hammond Residential Westwood Office

WESTWOOD, MA - Gail Bogle, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Westwood office, recently announced that Sharon Fornaciari-Maher has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Fornaciari-Maher looks forward to collaborating with buyer and seller clients from Hammond’s Westwood office location at 100 High Street.
A lifelong Massachusetts resident, Fornaciari-Maher resided in Westwood for many years, and she currently calls Boston’s North End neighborhood home. She has volunteered her time within the Noble and Greenough and Bates College communities, where her son attended school. In her spare time, Fornaciari-Maher enjoys travelling and cheering on the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox.
Prior to her career at Hammond, Fornaciari-Maher was the Founder and President of Unlimited Opportunities, a highly successful Metro Boston recruitment firm. In addition, she was instrumental in building a local branch of an international real estate franchise, where she drew upon her understanding of the needs of relocating individuals and families, as well as the relationship between agents, buyers, and sellers. As a parent with personal experience relocating her family for work, Fornaciari-Maher also created Welcome to Our Neighborhood, an educational activity book that gently introduces children to the moving process.
As a Hammond agent, Fornaciari-Maher is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to her clients. Her project management experience, in addition to her thorough understanding of the real estate market and creative vision, all work together to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.
