BRAVO and TMZ report that Nicolas Pakzad, the son of the late fashion designer, Bijan Pakzad, has bought the Sunset Strip residence that boasts two bedrooms and two baths in nearly 1,700 square feet of luxury Los Angeles living. Josh had just listed the home last month and the news of the property hitting the market was shared by Variety.
