TULSA, OK - Chinowth & Cohen Realtors is pleased to announce several promotions within the company’s senior management team. Leland Chinowth, Midtown’s Broker Manager, has been promoted to President; Rose Ford, Broken Arrow’s Broker Manager, has been promoted to VP of Administrative Services; and Taylor Chinowth, Owasso and Bartlesville’s Broker Manager, is now the VP of Sales and Marketing. Bud Engstrom has been promoted to the Vice President of Training and Education.

Leland Chinowth joined the company in 2005 as a leading sales producer and quickly advanced to the role of Vice President of C&C, in addition to becoming co-manager of two growing offices within the company, Owasso and Midtown. Leland has been voted one of Tulsa Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” and named one of Tulsa Business Journal’s 20 “Men of Distinction." He served on the state board of directors for the Oklahoma Association of Realtors, multiple Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors committees, and as the President of Northeast Oklahoma Real Estate Services for 2014 (MLS).
Rose Ford has been in Real Estate Management for more than 25 years and has served as Broken Arrow’s Broker/Manager for nine years. Her hands on dedication and commitment to her agents and staff made her a natural fit for her new promotion. She has a great talent for creating a caring community within her office. Rose is a member of the Broken Arrow Chamber, the Woman’s Realtor Association and the Brookside Association.
Taylor Chinowth has held a range of sales and marketing leadership positions at C&C over the past nine years. He has spearheaded the development of various marketing programs and products, which have been integral to the success of many of the company’s agents. He is always looking for the latest technology and teaching C&C realtors how to implement those new tools. His leadership and customer relationship skills will drive the growth of strategic sales and marketing strategies throughout the company.
Bud Engstrom has been with C&C since 2009, bringing an incredible wealth of knowledge he has acquired after more than 30 years in real estate. Bud has been involved with the development of the rules and regulations at the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, the governing body across the state. Bud is a co-manager of the South Tulsa office and runs the pre-license courses and continuing education courses at C&C. He is a patient teacher who excels at explaining detail oriented material to his associates. Bud is also the managing broker for C&C Referral services, a branch of C&C comprised of associates that refer new business to active realtors within the company.
